Environmental Permit Exemption
Obtain an official exemption confirmation for facilities outside Annex-1 and Annex-2 of the Environmental Permit and Licence Regulation.
Facilities not listed in Annex-1 or Annex-2 can obtain a written exemption confirmation, frequently requested by municipalities, customers and banks. We prepare the technical file and obtain the letter.
Eligibility check
Production capacity, installed power, NACE code and emission sources are compared to the regulation annexes.
Application file
Capacity report, business licence, site plan and process description are compiled for submission.
Follow-up
The application is tracked in the online environmental information system until the exemption letter is issued.
Ongoing obligations
Even exempt facilities must meet waste, emission and declaration requirements; we advise on the residual duties.
