Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report
Environmental Impact Assessment report preparation and permitting in Türkiye: scoping, public participation, EIA report, and approval follow-up with the Ministry.
An EIA (ÇED) report is required before investment for projects listed in Annex-1 of the Turkish EIA Regulation. We manage the full process, from format determination and public participation meetings to the EIA Positive decision.
When is an EIA required?
Annex-1 projects require a full EIA report; Annex-2 projects follow the Project Introduction File route and receive an 'EIA Not Required' decision.
Report content
Project description, alternatives, baseline environment, impact prediction for air, water, soil, noise, biodiversity and socio-economics, mitigation measures and monitoring plan.
Public participation
We organise and document the public participation meeting and manage stakeholder objections with the provincial directorate.
Approval follow-up
Review commission meetings, revisions and the final EIA Positive decision are tracked until issuance.
